I understand because I've been there too. Luckily, Yoga, breathwork and somatic awareness serve as connective bridges to expanded states within.
Practicing with intention and awareness releases tension from the body, reduces anxiety, and most importantly, restores the connection we have with ourselves. The more we practice, the more we feel the space between each breath. By slowing down, we transform our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
It's a process learning to consciously breathe and move, to integrate peak transformative experiences into living realities, and to sustain our connection to ourselves throughout it all.
The good news is that we can take it one step at a time, by letting our nervous system lead the way.

My passion to become a healthier person, to connect to the wisdom of nature, and to learn about spirituality has lead me from the Indian Himalayas to the Andean mountains, into the Amazon jungle of Peru and to the highland forest of Colombia.
